The B2B team works together to promote positive customer experience for our business customers.

As a member of the B2B Support team, you’ll:
  • assist business clients via phone, email, and live chat with order placement, customization, and problem resolution
  • navigate our CRM/ERP/business portal systems to process and track client orders, document interactions, and ensure seamless fulfillment
  • collaborate across departments to deliver exceptional client experiences and support business growth

You'll be more successful if you:
  • take full ownership of your clients' needs with prior experience in a client service role
  • are adept with computers and quick to master new business software
  • commit to understanding our B2B workflows and industry standards
  • are proactive with a solution-oriented approach to challenges
  • possess strong communication skills for professional interactions
  • have experience in B2B online procurement or e-commerce
  • though not required have knowledge of automotive restoration or shop operations—it's advantageous, but this role emphasizes supporting business orders while other members of the team help clients select optimal products for their projects

Your schedule will be:
  • Flexible options available across business hours, typically between 9:00am - 7:00pm Eastern, to align with client needs

Work Location:
  • Onsite (Pottstown, PA) or remote
  • If remote, you'll need reliable high-speed internet, a company-provided computer, and a professional, distraction-free workspace
