Customers are eager to buy our products to restore their dream cars and sometimes need additional help knowing the steps to take and/or the products to buy while restoring their car. Our Project Advisor team assists customers in having the resources and tools needed to do the job right.

As a member of the Project Car Restoration Advisor team, you’ll:

• help customers over phone, email and live chat know the steps to take and products needed to complete their restoration projects
• work within our computer system to place customer orders, as well as document conversations/actions
• offer suggestions on products needed to finish their dream car project
• pitch in where needed to drive a positive customer experience 

You'll be more successful if you:

• have auto restoration experience
• take ownership for your customers
• comfortable working with computers and learning new systems
• make a commitment to learn about our products
• are pro-active and take a positive approach in problem solving
• have good communication skills
• have spent time shopping online
• have experience within a call center, but not necessary

Your schedule will be:

• There are a number of schedules available for different times of the day.

Work Location:

• Onsite (Pottstown, PA) or remote
• If remote, you will need to have access to the internet, computers will be provided, and a distraction free environment

Compensation:

• Base pay
• Incentive pay based on weekly sales
