What You'll Do
You will:
- Pick and pack customer orders for shipment
- Select the proper box and packaging material
- Scan orders to ensure customers receive what they ordered
- Work both independently and with others pitching in where needed to drive a positive customer and operations experience
What Makes You Successful

- Have previous related experience
- Pay attention to detail
- Have familiarity with computers, similar to scanning products at self-checkout
- Pick and pack customer orders as if you were the customer receiving it
- Can work both individually and as part of a team
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities while keeping your focused
Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to:
- Read orders on both paper and a computer screen
- Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
- Frequently bend, reach, grasp, stoop, and lift products
- Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining safety and quality standards
From accurately picking the right products to securely packing each order, the Pick Pack team helps ensure our customers receive exactly what they ordered, on time and in excellent condition.
